1. Who operates this site

FlyWell is operated by Biglobster LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of New Mexico (United States). The details below are given in the terms of article 10 of Spain's Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), to the extent that it applies:

There is no office open to the public: the business operates entirely remotely.

2. What this site is

FlyWell is a free public beta. It watches published Business-class fares on the routes it monitors — at the moment, Business-class round trips between Bangkok and Spain (Madrid, Barcelona and Palma de Mallorca) — and shows the ones that are unusually low for their route, dates and cabin to anyone with a free account. It takes no payments and has no paid plan.

Without an account, the public part of the site is the sign-in page with its airport game, the About page and these legal documents. Using the site is subject to the Terms of use.

3. FlyWell is not a travel agency

The owner does not sell, book or broker flights and does not act as a travel agency or as an intermediary for one. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell a ticket or a recommendation to buy one.

The fares shown come from third-party sources and are information about prices seen at the time of a scan. They may be out of date or wrong, and they can only be booked with the airline or agency that offers them, on that company's own conditions.

4. Intellectual property

The code, design, texts, illustrations, the airport game and the scores and statistics the site computes belong to the owner or to its licensors. You may view the site and play the game for personal, non-commercial purposes. Reproducing, distributing or adapting them needs the owner's permission, except where the law allows it without one, such as quotation with the source named.

The names and trademarks of airlines, airports and other third parties belong to their respective owners. Where they appear, no affiliation with or endorsement by those owners is implied.

5. Liability

The owner tries to keep the site working and what it says correct, but does not guarantee that it will be available without interruption or free of errors. The site may link to pages run by others; the owner does not control them and is not responsible for their content.

6. Personal data and cookies

How personal data is handled is described in the Privacy policy, and what the site stores in your browser in the Cookies policy.

7. Governing law

This notice is governed by the law of the State of New Mexico (United States), where the owner is organised. That choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live: if you are a consumer resident in the European Union you keep those rights in full and may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.
