Terms of use

Last updated: 3 October 2026

These terms apply to anyone who visits this site or creates an account on it. By using the site you accept them, and you confirm that you accept them when you create an account. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

1. Who operates the site

FlyWell is operated by Biglobster LLC, a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of New Mexico (United States), registration number 3279115 (Entity ID 0008120949, New Mexico Secretary of State), with its address at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. You can reach us at hola@biglobster.top. The full details are in the Legal notice.

2. What FlyWell is

FlyWell watches published Business-class fares on the routes it monitors — at the moment, Business-class round trips between Bangkok and Spain (Madrid, Barcelona and Palma de Mallorca) — and points out the ones that are unusually low for their route, dates and cabin, with a score and the reasons for it. It does this on its own schedule, a few times a day.

With a free account you can browse the deals those scheduled scans have found, their scores, their price history and the route statistics behind them. Without an account you can read the About page and these documents and play the airport game.

3. A free beta

FlyWell is offered as a free beta. It costs nothing, asks for no payment details and has no paid plan. Being a beta, it may change, be limited, be interrupted or be ended at any time, with or without notice. If it ends, the accounts are deleted.

An account does not start searches: nothing you do on the site makes FlyWell look up a fare. What you see is what the last scheduled scan found, with the time it was seen.

4. Fares are information, not offers

FlyWell is not a travel agency. The owner does not sell, book or broker flights and does not act as an intermediary for anyone who does. The fares shown are information about prices seen in third-party sources at the time of a scan. They are not offers, and they may be out of date, incomplete or wrong: a fare can change or disappear at any moment, and the price you are quoted when you try to book may differ. A fare can only be booked with the airline or agency that sells it, on that company's own conditions, and it is for you to check the price, the itinerary and the conditions there before you book.

A score is an automatic arithmetic comparison of a fare with the route's own price history. It is not advice to buy, and no guarantee is given that a fare is available, that it is the lowest one, or that it will not fall further.

5. Your account

6. Acceptable use

You may not:

If you believe you have found a security problem, please tell us at hola@biglobster.top rather than testing it further.

7. The airport game

The game is free and is there for fun. It needs no account and collects nothing about you. There are no prizes and no ranking: your best score is kept in your own browser and nowhere else. The game may change or be removed at any time.

8. Intellectual property

The software, design, texts, illustrations, the game, and the scores and statistics FlyWell computes belong to the owner or to its licensors. You may view them for your own personal, non-commercial use. The names and trademarks of airlines, airports and other third parties belong to their respective owners; no affiliation with or endorsement by them is implied.

9. Availability and changes

The site is provided as it is and as available. It may be interrupted for maintenance, by technical faults or for reasons outside the owner's control, and it may be changed or taken offline at any time.

10. Liability

The owner is liable for damage caused by its wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and for anything the law does not allow it to exclude. Beyond that, and to the extent the law permits, the owner is not liable for the site being unavailable, for a fare being out of date, wrong or not available, for a decision to book or not to book, for errors in its content, or for the content of pages run by others that it links to. The site is free; the owner's liability for its use is limited accordingly.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights that the law gives you as a consumer and that cannot be waived.

11. Personal data

The Privacy policy and the Cookies policy describe what data the site processes and what it stores in your browser.

12. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the law, the technology or the site itself changes. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its date at the top. If you keep using your account after a change, the new version applies; if you do not accept it, you can delete your account.

13. Complaints, governing law and jurisdiction

For any complaint, write to hola@biglobster.top. We answer within one month.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of New Mexico (United States), where Biglobster LLC is organised, and its courts have jurisdiction. This clause does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you habitually live: if you are a consumer resident in the European Union you keep in full the rights your country's law gives you, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of your place of residence.

If any clause is held to be invalid, the rest remain in force.
